1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the KAERO website, mobile platforms, or placing an order through any of our official channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Cybercrime.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order with KAERO, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or placing an order with the consent of a parent or guardian
You are providing accurate, current, and complete information at checkout
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction

3. Products & Availability

All products listed on our platforms are subject to availability. KAERO reserves the right to:

Discontinue any product at any time without prior notice
Limit quantities available for purchase per customer or per order
Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time before an order is confirmed

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual shades and appearance may vary slightly due to photography and screen calibration.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. KAERO reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

By submitting payment, you represent that:

You are authorised to use the payment method provided
The payment information is accurate and complete
You authorise KAERO to charge the full order amount, including applicable shipping fees

KAERO does not store full payment card details. All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. KAERO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on KAERO platforms — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product photography, copy, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of KAERO and is protected under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Intellectual Property Rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any KAERO content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, KAERO shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services
Delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events
Skin reactions or sensitivities not disclosed at the time of purchase (please review ingredient lists before use)

8. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of KAERO services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

10. Amendments

KAERO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our platforms following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email.
